TIDE is an initiative of the Hamburg Port Authority and nine other international partners responsible for management and research at the estuaries of Elbe, Weser, Scheldt and Humber. It is being implemented between September 2009 and December 2012.
TIDE has total budget of 3,7 m EUR and is half-financed by the INTERREG IV B North Sea Programme of the European Commission.
